Jin Ha earned her graduate degree from Columbia University and her undergraduate degree from New York University, which has equipped her with a variety of techniques to foster meaningful connections with her clients. Fluent in both English and Korean, Jin Ha’s bicultural identity and Christian faith allows her to approach counseling with a culturally sensitive lens.


Jin Ha employs a range of evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Therapy, and Play Therapy. Fundamentally, she adopts a Person-Centered approach, firmly believing that her clients are the experts of their own story. This philosophy can be used as motivation for change, while allowing her clients to feel heard and accepted.
