Jin Ha Seo is a Mental Health Counselor with extensive training and expertise in assisting Children, Adolescents, Adults, and Couples who are grappling with challenges like Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, Eating Disorders, Substance Use Concerns, Family Dynamics, Phobias, and Relationship Concerns, and Panic Attacks, to name a few.

Jin Ha earned her graduate degree from Columbia University and her undergraduate degree from New York University, which has equipped her with a variety of techniques to foster meaningful connections with her clients. 

Jin Ha employs a range of evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Therapy, and Play Therapy. Fundamentally, she adopts a Person-Centered approach, firmly believing that her clients are the experts of their own story. This philosophy can be used as motivation for change, while allowing her clients to feel heard and accepted.
