Jessica Williams, MHC-LP is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence and holistic-based care to clients. Working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, academic stress, and challenges related to emotional regulation and relationships. She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. Where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves openly with the incorporation of mindfulness. Her goal is to help individuals build self-awareness, gain insight into their experiences, and feel empowered to move toward meaningful change.
Drawing from cognitive-behavioral and person-centered frameworks, she tailor treatment to meet each client’s unique needs. Providing positive encouragement while supporting clients through their personal growth, helping them develop practical coping skills, and resilience. Jessica values cultural awareness and strives to honor each client’s background, beliefs, and identity, including respect for diverse cultural perspectives and religious values. Along with the option to integrate Christian faith principles to clients who feel connected to the path of spiritual and therapy.
