Hannah Evans is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s Degree from Fairfield University. She possesses expertise in assisting Individuals, Couples, and Families as they navigate challenges that arise at various life stages. These challenges encompass Relationship Conflict, Family Issues, Trauma, PTSD, Pregnancy/Prenatal/Postpartum, Infertility, OCD, LGBTQ+, Infidelity, Sex-Related Concerns, Executive Coaching, Peak Performance, Parental Cohesion, Eating Disorders, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, and ADHD.

Hannah’s experience in residential treatment centers for women battling eating disorders has also ignited her passion for collaborative work. She often partners with external providers to ensure that her clients receive cohesive care as they transition between varying levels of treatment.

To cultivate a therapeutic environment that is truly change-oriented, Hannah prioritizes a full understanding of each client’s perspective on their challenges. In therapy, she assists her clients in identifying the strengths that they already possess. Together, Hannah and her clients strategize on leveraging these strengths to interrupt patterns that are holding them back from being the healthiest versions of themselves. This method also aims to cultivate the closest and most satisfying relationships possible.

Hannah predominantly utilizes Structural Family Therapy and Strategic Therapy, but she also incorporates techniques from Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
