ABOUT Natalie Koldaro
Natalie Koldaro is a compassionate and dedicated mental health counselor who holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health and Wellness Counseling from New York University. She brings a strong clinical foundation paired with a genuine passion for supporting individuals through life’s challenges.
Coming from a diverse background, Natalie is culturally competent and intentionally leads each session with curiosity, openness, and respect. She values getting to know each client’s unique story and strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
Natalie takes an integrative, person-centered approach to therapy, tailoring her work to meet each client’s individual needs and goals. She incorporates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while always ensuring that the therapeutic relationship remains collaborative and grounded in trust. Her goal is to help clients build insight, develop practical coping skills, and feel supported every step of the way.
Fluent in English and conversational in Spanish, Natalie is able to connect with clients from a variety of backgrounds. She is committed to fostering an inclusive and affirming environment for all individuals.
