Valerie Graf is a Licensed Master Social Worker who holds a wealth of experience spanning various settings and diverse populations. Her academic journey commenced at SUNY Oneonta, where she pursued a major in Child and Family Studies as an undergraduate. During her four-year tenure abroad, Valerie actively contributed to the Gender and Resource Center, while also spearheading fundraising efforts for St. Jude during her study abroad program in Peru.

Furthering her education by attaining a Masters in Social Work from Stony Brook University, Valerie dedicated herself to combating substance abuse among adolescents, and embarked on impactful projects in both Haiti and Costa Rica.
Throughout the majority of her professional career, Valerie has focused on supporting Children, Adolescents, Adults, and Couples in a variety of settings. She has gained invaluable experience with Anxiety, Trauma, PTSD, Depression, Relationship Issues, Phobias, Identity Issues, Autism, Job-Related Issues, ADHD, OCD, LGBTQIA+ Care, and Peak Performance, among others.

Valerie’s treatment modalities include Crisis Intervention, Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy (ABA), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and her clients often describe her style as gentle, relatable, and intuitive.
