Karina (Yuchen) Wang is a dedicated mental health counselor with a master’s degree from Teachers College, Columbia University, offering therapy in both Mandarin and English. Guided by authenticity, cultural sensitivity, and respect for each client’s unique story, Karina is committed to walking alongside her clients on their journey toward balance and well-being.

With a multicultural background, Karina recognizes that societal rules and expectations can often prevent people from becoming who they truly want to be. She focuses on helping clients identify patterns affecting their well-being, exploring what holds them back, and reconnect with the strengths and resources already within them. Karina integrates person-centered therapy with tailored approaches such as Psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) and Narrative therapy. By encouraging self-awareness and meaningful reflection, she empowers clients to navigate challenges and build a sense of confidence and clarity for lasting personal growth.
