Karina (Yuchen) Wang is a dedicated mental health counselor with a master’s degree from
Teachers College, Columbia University, offering therapy in both Mandarin and English. Guided by authenticity, cultural sensitivity, and respect for each client’s unique story, Karina is
committed to walking alongside her clients on their journey toward balance and well-being.

Karina starts with person-centered approach, building a trusting and safe relationship to
understand each client’s needs. She emphasizes understanding her clients through their own

integrates tailored approaches such as Psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative therapy to support meaningful and lasting growth.
